Meet the grower

My name is James and I am the small business owner that gets the privilege to wear all the fun hats that go into this project and growing nutrient dense microgreens for the local community.

I wanna thank everyone for their ongoing support and enjoying these healthy greens! 

My horticulture journey began I would say as a child but on paper at Tafe in 2017. Moving through different roles in the horticulture industry, I found myself pursuing a career in plant medicine in Canada and continuing that career in Australia. I gained tremendous hands-on experience and knowledge for several years in medical grade facilities. 

In 2023, after my mum’s cancer diagnosis, I began growing broccoli microgreens for their powerful sulforaphane benefits to support her healing.

This journey ignited my passion for bringing these nutritious, healing microgreens to the wider community, offering a product that promotes everyday health and well-being.
