1. Delivery Efforts: Hinterland Collective will make best efforts to deliver products on the specified date. However, we want to highlight that delays or delivery failures may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

2. Free Shipping Eligibility: Orders containing 3 or more punnets, regardless of subscription status, qualify for free shipping. This offer is applicable exclusively to the postcodes of 4213, 4227, 4230, and 4226, as clearly stated on our website. 

3. Unforeseen Circumstances: Hinterland Collective is not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, traffic disruptions, or other events that may impact our delivery schedule.

4. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery details and ensure someone is available to receive the order, or alternatively, to arrange for a cold eski at the front door for the safe storage of the delivery at the designated address. Failure to provide precise information or arrange for proper reception may lead to delays, order cancellation, or exposure of the microgreens to outside temperatures, resulting in faster degradation of the product. Optimal freshness and shelf life are best maintained when stored cold.
